This emergency shower station was suitable for place where water pipe is available. NPT Adapter: all the eyewash stations with shower come with two NPT thread adapter, to connect the water RC thread inlet/outlet with NPT water pipe.

Before product improvement, the water inlet&outlet is RC thread, thus we equipped with NPT adapter, after improvement, the thread of water inlet&outlet is NPT thread. Requirement water pressure: 0.20.4 MPa. Water inlet size: NPT 1-1/4. Water outlet size: NPT 1-1/4.

Shower Ball Valve + lever. When body shower is needed, pull down the shower lever, and the ball valve will open. After use, push the laver up, the ball valve will close. The eyewash basin is made of 304 stainless steel, which is not easy to rust. The eyewash nozzle is also stainless steel, can provide a large amount of water for eye/face washing.

The outlet of the eyewash and the base are integrally formed, which decrease the risk of water leakage greatly. Produced by ANSI Z358.1-2014 standard.
